Mud Run

Due to a last minute case of strep throat, I jumped in with my cousin Carrie and her friend to do a 5K mud run. It really was not all that muddy, and it was great to spend the morning together laughing, running, and enjoying the beautiful spring weather.  I even got a medal. That makes everything worth it.
